Odd placement of French maid
Author: WrongWayMurphy

My niece came over today and I gave her the task of glueing down people and animals on the layout.

I am sure towers back in the day needed cleaning, but a French maid with the two tower operators?

Misunderstanding - Alstom got a contract for a new French made interlocking machine and all the division operator understood was something about French maid for the tower.

Well, from the looks of the walls near the windows, I don't think she's going to have time for any 'hanky panky'! Glad that's her job and not mine. I'll stick to track cleaning!

There is an old Texas Court case about a tower operator emplyed by the katy Railroad who had a tryst with a lady of easy virtue in a tower. I'll see if I can find it and post it.

I don't think that the lady in that case had near the class of a French Maid.
