Somebody sideswiped that signal in the background pretty good! Don't take that wrong, though. This is coming from somebody who posted a photo a while back of a pair of F3s on a hopper train, with the front coupler on the lead unit missing and a big yawning hole in the pilot as a result! Some of my buddies "back east" nailed me pretty good for that one!

My ancestors grew up in that part of the country where those operated, so I'm sure that they must have seen a lot of them. At least that's how I justify having two Proto 2000 Berkshires in HO scale, even though I'm much more into west coast railroads. If I had to pick one steam locomotive that just looks "right" it would be a NKP Berkshire.
