Please keep them coming.
I took the day off yesterday to spend up at Cajon with my son as he winds down his spring break. We stopped at the San Bernardino Station yesterday and saw some of the early setup being done - the modular layout. Please, if you can, post some photos of it too. Unfortunately I can't make it today due to other commitments. Thanks again! Greg Date: 03/28/15 10:12 Re: Live from the 2015 Western Prototype Modelers Meet Author: lizzard_45 Nice shots! Great work...but I don't see any Rio Grande items yet.....

I'm encountering a little technical problem between the iPhone mobile uploading software and Trainorders mobile software. It has become stuck on one image for an unknown reason. The rest of the pics will have to wait until I get home this evening... Mr. MRL - wah, wah, waaaahhhh... Regards,dK Date: 03/28/15 18:13 Re: Live from the 2015 Western Prototype Modelers Meet Author: dcmkris That's some excellent weathering on Henry's part, even if the flag is tattered shamefully. Too bad that's the reality that UP has left us modelers in.
Those hoppers look awfuly nice does anyone know if they are custom ballast hoppers of a certain prototype? Kris Date: 03/28/15 19:17 Re: Live from the 2015 Western Prototype Modelers Meet Author: MrMRL 4. Janek Bringle

20. One final overall view from around noon. This is just a small sampling of the displays, captured on my iPhone. I'm sure there will be numerous additional shots uploaded by others in the coming days. Mr. MRL Date: 03/28/15 19:50 Re: Live from the 2015 Western Prototype Modelers Meet Author: gandydancer4 I don't know how you guys (and gals) do it. Beautiful models!!
Date: 03/28/15 19:56 Re: Live from the 2015 Western Prototype Modelers Meet Author: californiarails Great images and fantastic modeling! Hoping to make it to future shows. I really enjoy the Scott Bates model of the industrial scene and the UP 677. Stunning models all around and thank you for sharing.
Jonathan Date: 03/29/15 02:04 Re: Live from the 2015 Western Prototype Modelers Meet Author: Fizzboy7 Good showing and turnout. I know a few of my customers were torn between this and the Santa Susana Model Train Club swapmeet/open house earlier in the day.
Date: 03/29/15 16:36 Re: A look at the 2015 Western Prototype Modelers Meet Author: wheel_slip Thank You Robby for your effort in covering this... Great models as usual. One of these years I'm going to get to this.
Andy Date: 03/29/15 17:10 Re: so close yet still to far Author: fbe There I was on Tehachapi the day of the show. The closest I have ever been given I live in Montana.
There was a thought of making the drive that far south to attend. I was pretty sure it was going to happen when there were plans to meet a lady my girlfriend knows who lives in Huntington Beach. She broke her knee so that visit was cancelled and I stayed out to chase the loop. I will be at Monroe, WA in the fall. I am glad there were models to see and fun to be had.
