I have to give a gold star to Accurail for customer service.  Had a problem and sent them an e-mail.  Received a reply within four hours and they are resolving by problem. 

Best in the bizzz if you ask me!

Ditto. Some years ago I inquired if an upcoming release of a Bangor and Aroostook insulated boxcar was going to be painted in the red, white and blue State of Maine Products livery.  Accurail said no, but then offered me a car in that scheme from the owner's personal collection--from a previous custom run--at the standard price for any kit.  Now that is service.
