Does the MTH DCS WiFi Work on HO Trains?

I have an MTH HO scale NS Wabash SD70ACe 1070 and was wondering if it's possible to run MTH's HO engines with the DCS WiFi module. If I just run the engine conventionally, none of the sound features will work. Any help is appreciated.
