Model Railroading > Kudos to Bowser

When companies are not customer friendly we frequently give them the thumbs down.  Well I want to give Bowser a big thumbs up.  I recently acquired one of their exquisite Alco C-628s, but I found it missing one of the front hand rails.  I don't even know if it was missing when I got it or lost it taking it in and out of the box.  In either case, I need a replacement.  I wrote Bowser and asked about the availability of the part.  Within days the postman brought me box from Bowser and inside was not only the missing hand rail, but the entire hand rail set for the model.  With an invoice showing $0.00, not even charged for the postage. 

Way to go Bowser,
