Model Railroading > Fayette County (PA) Train Day - Saturday May 11

Saturday, May 11 is the annual Fayette County (PA) Train Day which includes free admission to four model railroad displays including Harry Clark's famous Indian Creek Valley layout. All the layouts are in and around the Connellsville area. Also included on the tour is free admission to two railroad / transportation museums including the Monongahela River, Railroad and Transportation Museum in Brownsville. If you're a Monongahela fan and / or have an interest in the coal and coke region of SW Pennsylvania, the museum is a treasure chest of original maps, books, pictures and artifacts pertaining to the Monongahela Railroad and its coal hauling history. There is no website so I've posted cell pics of the event flyer.
