Scaletrains contact information

Im trying to contact scaletrains about my order.
They don't respond to my emails and i call their listed contact number and get a recording it doesn't exist.
any suggestions?

Phone number I have is 844 987-2467. Email is  sales@scaletrains.com.
Clossed for  lunch. Don't remember the exact time though. 
I always get through and have contacted them a few times.
