I hadn't added that one, as this listing is for states along the east coast from North Carolina to New Jersey. HOWEVER: that being said, EVERY train show scheduled now across North America are INVITED to be added here. Let's see what's happening EVERYWHERE. I'm not sure why the NMRA would want to host the show in the murder capital of the U.S.A. Collinsville is right outside St. Louis but has just as bad crime levels. Many activities are planned in St. Louis itself which is very dangerous. I was at the St. Louis RPM meet last weekend and the same venue will host the The NMRA national show. Great place. Hotels across the street. Easy to get to off I-70. Lotsa fast food places and a VERY NICE restaurant, all within walking distance from the venue. This place IS NOT in a high crime area. The high crime areas ARE close to the railyards but if you go during the day, USE YOUR COMMON SENSE and play it safe, you should have no problems.

The show is getting less attended each time it occurs anyway. I've been in the area too. I wouldn't be outside the hotel past 9pm Posted from Android |
