Attacked the dreaded curved switch on Sunday. Found a lot of glitches. the prime one was the actual moving rails were tweaked radially, thereby opening up the guage! That fixed some of the problem, then I resorted to Jack (up in the Highlands) idea and added to the inside of the guard rails. Instead of a strip of bronze, I used clear plastic from an old Atlas switch package. I attached it w/CA and it seems to REALLY work well! Thnks to all and esp. the Jack!
