Passenger Trains > Empire Builder Service Disruptions

WGN TV news is reporting that multiple (they mentioned 4) Empire Builders will not run today, Service is expected to resume tomorrow. They blamed the disruptions on the weather.

I'm trying to figure out how much of this is media sensationalism and/or ignorance.

Well interesting way to think of it. Two were canceled departing yesterday and two today. So you would say two are not running today but the two canceled yesterday should be running somewhere so four are not running today. Now going forward none should be canceled tomorrow but two or maybe four will not be running also.

Now to say four are not running tomorrow would be wrong if you are departing Chicago but... so you can see where this leads. Anyway just having a little fun about nothing.
