Isn't it a shome theat some people are so stupid that signs like this are necessary. The folks that need the sign probably aren't smart enough to figure it out or think any train would surely move out of the way for them.

Creative sign.  The important point is "If you can read this."    There's going to be those that say, "I didn't think it meant me too."  Then there's the guy who's interview is floating around on ewe tube.  Just search "man catches house on fire trying to kill spider."  I don't think he'd get the idea if he was standing on the track watching the train bearing down on him, 15 feet away.

I like the sign.  They need more of these around.

Caption:  "Duh,,, what tracks?"  (As in bear, deer, horse, etc... tracks.)

It's an even bigger shome theat trains in this country are so illiterate.  I'll bet most trains in Japan can read at grade level, and maybe even on superelevated curves.

If only our trains could read, then we could prevent a lot of derailments by putting a similar sign between the rails saying, "Stay off the ties..."

Evan, when my kids were growing up we even had trains that could talk.  "I Think I Can, I Think I Can."

...wait a minute, so if your kids are running around the house making train noises and pretending to be a train, and they aren't old enough to read yet, is there a possibility that they really ARE a train?
