I wonder what ship that is. Port holes look wrong for Olympic. And Britannic was a hospital ship. Looks very different than Mauritania. So perhaps German?  And yes, the RM paint scheme is about the worst on any train excepting perhaps a few the Britts have come up with.

The closest photo I can find in the limited time I have today is the Olympic.

Sure looks like the same ship and paint scheme - the Olympic.  Likely the same location but a slightly different angle.
 

Or is it really the Titanic? There is a conspiracy theory the two were switched before the Titanic (or Olympic) sank.

The three were not identical.

Defintely the Olympic, as evidenced by the open promenade deck.  Titanic and Britannic had enclosed promenade decks forward.  Also, Brittanic never had dazzle ("Rocky Mountaineer") paint; it was painted as a hospital ship.
