The Post reports that a guy who threw an "elderly and feeble" 58 year old man onto the subway tracks last year was acquitted by a jury. The man died when he was hit by a subway train. The thrower left the station, got a sandwich, and went on his way.

The thrower argued he was in fear of the drunken man.
