For tomorrow, due to P97 that came into Philadelphia today on #42 with condemnable flat spots and no available diesels at Philadelphia, #43 will do the head end power change @Harrisburg adding P117.

P xxx is CSX train symbol for "passenger train" xxx as I understand it.

It has nothing to do with CSX. P97 is a P-42 locomotive.
