5 PVs on #2 Sunday night

5 Pvs will be leaving L.A. for New Orleans tomorrow night -- Overland Trail, Silver Splendor, Cimarron River, Pacific Sands, and Palm Leaf. The occasion is the annual Roots on the Rails excursion. After NOL, we'll be visiting Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City (on the day of the total eclipse!), and Albuquerque. Give us a wave if you see us.

When it's completely dark in KC, I hope to be enjoying fine BBQ with my brother Paul and my son Martin.

I bet because of that Amtrak 2 will have 3 engines and Amtrak 58 will have 2 Engines instead of 1 ! Hope Amtrak stay's nice and on time for you guys !
