Passenger Trains > Florida Brightline gets the attention these days . . .

. . . so I thought I'd post some Tri-Rail pictures from 2009. These are all at the facilities in Hialeah.

Some of it does already. Tri-Rail and Miami Metro heavy subway have nearly adjacent terminals at Miami airport.

BrightLine and Tri-Rail will have shared space in Miami Central with the MetroMover across the street.

Tri-Rail has express airport bus service at FLL and PBI, too. Very convenient

Also, Metro Transfer Station near the Amtrak Hialeah Station (a short but not very pleasant walk between Amtrak and Metro Transfer Stn) for transferring from Tri-Rail to Miami Metro.

It is a short walk from Amtrak/Tri-Rail West Palm Beach Station to the Birghtline Station too.

As of July 26, 2017, they were sitting unused and looking a little grimy at Hialeah Shops.

Yes, there is also a shuttle which makes the downtown loop and links the stations.

Folks should know that there are a few hills along the way. A prior thread mentioned this could be an issue for some folks.
