Passenger Trains > 300 and 303 delay

300 and 303 delay

Currently on Amtrak 300. We were on time through Joliet but now stuck due to broken down train on IHB blocking the tracks near Summit. Outbound 303 is stuck on other side.

Been stuck about an hour so far. They said it could be another hour.

Ended up not being too bad. We will be in about 1 :15 late
