Way too lax. Night foreman wanted to go home, day foreman late.. Night foreman....I'll take down the fouls but you have to call right away and request them. Then he walks away, w/o following to insure it is done. Train dispatcher talking to his wife on comapny phone describing "something doesn't quite look right".
