NEC Amfleet Wraps Question

I was driving south on I-495 outside Wilmington, DE at 70 mph. The NEC is adjacent. A SB Northeast Regional passes at 120mph. Two Amfleets were wrapped in what appeared to be a brown camo? Perhaps the words "Trade Barriers" on them. Any insight or photos would be appreciated.
