Late #4 with a bonus.

Got another late #4 this morning but it came with a bonus. It had 3 P-42's and 2 SC-44 Chargers. I took the photo at SW 85th. St. which is 2 miles south of Pauline, Ks.

Good catch, nice photo.  It looks like four P-42's leading the way.  Could you tell if all four Amtrak locomotives were running or were one or two were DIT?

Almost as many locomotives in this consist as passenger cars.

Only the first two engines were on line, but I believe the second two were in idle.  Chargers were completely quiet.
