Patched Santa Fe on SW Chief 3(8)

BNSF 174, a patched Santa Fe blue/yellow GP60, is reported leading the
SW Chief 3(8).  It was added at Albuquerque after one of the Amtrak
units (it has the 74 and 126) failed.
