King5 article about passengers not being able to sue Amtrak

Has anyone seen this article king5.com ? What does this mean looks like passengers cannot due Amtrak anymore after a accident ?

There is a decent chance that the "mutual agreement" will be ruled invalid because it was anything but mutual.

In the past, courts have ruled that clauses like that have to be in bold or in capital letters. They certainly cannot be buried in a 15,000+ word document and be called "mutual."

Sure, it's "mutual." You either agree to Amtrak's terms or "agree" to take your business elsewhere.
