Passenger Trains > 506 on 506Date: 04/05/20 11:44 506 on 506 Author: jefflocal A little out of date this one is from February 2019, I lucked out and caught Cascades train #506 pulling away from
it's station stop at Albany Oregon, I didn't think about it at the time that the engine number was the same as the train number. I was surprised to see 506 as the even numbered P32's were generally kept in the East. A year later it's hard to catch anything but the new Chargers on this train.Like a lot of other's this train is currently suspended. Looking at the frame on the 506 I wonder if it's had a rough life as it appears to be sagging a bit. Jeff Date: 04/05/20 12:11 Re: 506 on 506 Author: usmc1401 Seems like the S P.
Date: 04/05/20 17:49 Re: 506 on 506 Author: GenePoon I'd wonder if the frame on the 506 is actually bent. Just behind the cab is where EMD frames bend. Where does a GE "break?"

Without a good side view there's really no way to tell if it's bent or what. Date: 04/05/20 20:49 Re: 506 on 506 Author: Abqfoamer Looks bent to me.
