Any food options open in Los Angeles Union Station?  I am looking at the Subway Sandwich counter as one possibility.  Second question:  Is the Metropolitan Lounge open in LAX?

Go across the street if you have time. Olvera street all types of Mexican food. Down the street one block Philieppe's French dip sandwiches. China town the block behind Philieppe's. Per web site Philieppe's is open for take out. No in house eating.

Are they open right now? Most of Olvera Street is closed right now.
According to Google Maps the Subway in Union Station is closed but the Starbucks is open.

Yeah, best eateries are outside station, (if open).
