This occurred about two hours before scheduled train time; but Train 3 was only between Lamy and Albuquerque. It had lost 4 1/2 hours at Lamar for equipment problems but it appears nothing was set out, and another two hours out of Raton, suggesting power issues. Train would finally arrive FLG seven hours late. As of now it has barely reached California, when it should be approaching LAUPT.
