Passenger Trains > Amtrak #48 arrives Elkhart in the fog Saturday 12/4/21

By the time last night's eastbound Lake Shore Ltd arrived Elkhart some three hours after #30 had come and gone, not only was a platform light out but a pea soup fog had rolled in further impacting visibility. #48 appears to have its  Boston sleeper restored as well as having heritage P42 #145 in the power set. But as was indicated in a previous thread, the Boston section #448 is to be bustituted this evening due to MBTA track work (PTC?) east of Worcester.
