Passenger Trains > #3 still in Chicago

#3 still in in Chicago. Now 3 hrs, 27 mins late and counting. Circling the drain in Service Disruption. The usual "mechanical issues".  #50 left Chi 1:10 mins late. #30 left 35 mins late. Bad night in the Windy City.

Every year, especially when it's a real winter, Chicago always has ist bad, worse when it comes to last minute repairs because for some reason they can't do a proper service on the train sets at 14TH ST.!

Today wasn't real winter weather. It was 27 with snow flurries..

As of right now at 10:43pm, #3 is 5:30 late but moving! Next stop Mendota, IL.

Real feel was much colder than 27 degs.
