Hi, my friend Rony (TAM pilot) sent me these two pics of EMD plant in Sete Lagoas, MG Brazil. The plant is about 50 km far from my home.

So, is the plant now managed by Caterpillar / Progress Rail Services?  Or is some local enterprise involved?

Yes, this plant is managed by CAT, but Progress Rail has another plant where they work with used locomotives only. At this plant here they work only with new units.
The still has EMD logotype.

Isn't it Latam these days?

Yes,but almost all aircrafts still using TAM lettering, so we preffer to say TAM to people understand what we are saying.
