International Railroad Discussion > Bridge replacement in Western Sydney (Australia)

Recently the Transport Department in New South Wales replaced a railroad overpass ,due to freeway expansion from 4 to 6 lanes of traffic.This line is predominantly a commute line.

+ copy and paste with active links sometimes get the formatting removed, which causes the TO text to run together. If that happens go back and use the TO edit function to add spaces or paragraghs and such. Rode the trains from Penrith to Sydney more then a few times while flying for the Air Force.
We had a run that operated out of RAAF Richmond that serviced the facility out near Alice Springs.
We were forced to endure 48 and 72 hour layovers before we started the long trip back to California.
