Thanks for pic.
What's that large building with the odd wall on the left?

Welcome to the Tokyo Insitute of Technology Oh-Okayama Campus!

It is called the Green-hills #1 building, a.k.a., Oh-Okayama North #3 Hall.
The home of the Environment, energy, and innovation Centre.

Hope this helps.

Hiroshi

I would say that the "odd wall" on the building is adjustable solar panels.

Yes, Sir! They are. They are on the south side of the hall.

Some are from the Midorigaoka and Jiyugaoka areas.

To me the striking thing about the first photo is the contrast between the lovely tree and the "built enviornment".  A photo well worth making and sharing.  Thanks,  Jeff

A north-bound Seibi train was heading its home via the Tokyu Toyoko line and Metro Fukutoshin line.
Meantime a south-bund train was on the adjacent track heading for Yokohama Chine-Town.

Came down from Tamagawadai to the grand level and move to the south side.
You can see the Tokyu Tamagawa line operation there.
Tokyu uses a three-car consisting of 18-meter EMUs, in this case on this line.
(Class 1000 and Class 1500)

And there is a small cafe in front of the crossing.

Shall we set in the cafe, have a cup of coffee, and watch trains going by?

Those ground level shots with the cafe are lovely. There aren't many level RR/street crossings in Tokyo, are there? Can you explain just where this is?
