Can anyone provide information on the railroad line along the ocean near Sanya, on the south end of Hainan Island, off the coast of North Vietnam? Where does this line run to, and what gauge is it?

The majority of the railways on the island were standard gauge. In the late 1990's it was a mecca for steam fans as a number of coal mines still operated JF 2-8-2's. However, it is currently shown as having no steam. http://www.qj-country.de/frame.htm (Lists the Island as no longer having steam) Limited info can be found on these websites.
