Is this the Chatsworth or Santa Susana side?

How close could you get to the tunnel? Is the trail still open to the ROW? Or is it fenced off now? I have walked up there many times in the past, but not much since 9/11.

That would be the Santa Su Side.

And you don't want to get too close to those tunnels - they are closely watched by the LA County Sheriffs. I had a close shave on the Chatsworth side about eighteen months ago. You can see the area just fine from park land on either side, but stay on the park land and off the ROW.

This is on the Santa Susana side. All the pictures were taken behind the fence, but I came out covered in black from the burnt brush.
