Is it an SP (or CP) prototype for that 4-4-0?

True but at least they did a good job doing the engine.

Sadly, you'll never get though to this crowd on graffiti.  Even this masterpiece will get them all hot and bothered.  Somehow it will even end up being Obama's fault. 

I get totally how graffiti is vandalism, trespassing, and total disrespect of other's property. Unless you can show me where the owner of this car, or the same for any other
covered in graffiti, painted the graffiti, I do not see what needs to be "gotten through" to most on this board.

They would have made it, but they were graffittied and they had to bring them back in the shop!

And yeah, it's still vandalism.

I find it amusing they incoporated the car reporting number as the tender number. Though it's still graffiti, it's not bad.

well the tender does say SP.  Lol

Might as well get used to it. With the no consequences to my actions generation, how can we stop them!!

I don't mind the good ones, gives you something to look at..

Ok yes it's vandalism but if if they're going to do it then at least it's something cool to look at. BTW grafitti is not a modern problem, ancient Rome had a huge graffiti problem. People just have better tools these days and a larger canvas.

So what always gets me about about the best graffiti on rail cars and that definitely includes this one is how long did it take them to do this? Clearly it couldn't have been hours or someone would have seen him so how did he do it so quickly and what is "quick"?

I don't care if it's the freakin' Mona Lisa.  It's vandalism, chaos, and it's all but ruined most railfanning for me.
