August 29 RED UNIT Train-Run from Austin TX to Little Rock AR.
 
 2016 Red Unit Circus Train:
---60 Cars* (39 conventional passenger-type cars; 21 TTX-[type] piggyback flats) 
---4,370 Tons (when fully loaded) 
---5,320 Feet (WITHOUT host RR's power attached; 1 mile = 5,280 feet)  

*The train is being systematically reduced in size this year; stay tuned later this Spring for an updated length, tonnage and feet-in-length. (Currently, the Red Unit's train is now down to about 54 cars in length.)

Train-run ["jump"] dates presume each train departs the morning [or day] after the closing performance date. RBBB Circus Trains can change scheduled routing and departure time without notice.

What is the plan leaving Austin?  I presume that Austin Western will make up the train and deliver to UP. Likely after the morning rush hour of the commuter DMUs.   On the UP at about 1100. Correct?

I do not have the routing to Little Rock; but do presume run to Little Rock will be an all UP via Palestine, Texarkana, In previous years, the train will layover all day Monday and depart late (10-11 pm) on Austin and Western to the UP interchange at McNeil. It will be an all day Tuesday run on the UP in east Texas and Arkansas.
