Rare to see a KCS SD70MAC in action these days. Many have been sold off, and whats left were put in storage. Not the case now. KCS must be short on power as they have put them back in service.

KCS 3937 east leads the LWY101 at Plano Texas on Thursday June 16, 2022 on the Alliance sub.

I have seen a lot of KCS units on UP trains.  May be the reason.
