Caught these guys at Proviso the other night. Looks like they were headed downtown after some rebuilding action.... Dont know too much about their operations downtown.... can anyone supplement?

Those switchers belong to Relco Leasing based out of Minooka,IL and they are probably headed to a steel mill if I were to guess...

Relco left Minooka several years ago. They now reside in Albia, Iowa.
