Western Railroad Discussion > BNSF MK1200G 1203Date: 04/05/05 15:32 BNSF MK1200G 1203 Author: CarlLaFong Here is a photo, taken by Bruce Jacobs (and posted with his permission), of BNSF 1203 taken on April 5. 2005 in the Los Angeles Junction's yard in Vernon, CA.
BNSF MK1200G 1203 (a former Union Pacific natural gas powered switcher) arrived in southern California this morning on the M-BARLAC1-04 (BNSF 4914/BNSF 6314/CN 2436/BNSF 1123/BNSF 5842/BNSF 4425/BNSF 1203 DIT). It was quickly taken across the river to the Los Angeles Junction, who also operates the former Santa Fe MK1200Gs 1200 and 1201. BNSF MK1200G 1202 is, according to the BNSF computer, still in Pasco, WA.
