As of 10:35 PM Monday June 27 it is still sitting in the exact same spot in the PMT yard.

Well in speaking with the Crest Conductor last night, he tells me it is on a track that is under blue flag protection. So I am going to call the Commerce Car Department to see what they have to say.

Most likely because they forgot to remove it after they worked on that hopper car that is now on a flat car and tied down to it.

Well got bumped again, at this point IF it was to roll tomorrow and finish on schedule, the loco would arrive at El Centro on Friday afternoon. I hear that is a scary yard at night, and I wouldn't want the loco there unprotected over the weekend, so I will wait until Thursday or Friday to try and get it going again.
