SP Narrow Gauge Book

Looking for a copy of Southern Pacific Narrow Gauge by Mallory Hope Ferrell. Does anybody know where I can get a copy? I have my copy but am looking for a copy for a retired railroader friend of mine.

Good luck. I have been trying to find a copy of this for a while, but to no avail. Have you tried Amazon?

There are several copies for sale on abebooks if you don't mind paying an arm and a leg! Try here:

Another good book on this subject is "Slim Rails Through the Sand" by George Turner, published by by Johnston & Howe in Long Beach in 1963. My copy is not for sale.

The Train Shop in Santa Clara CA. Always had a bunch in stock. You call them.

Joe-Dale Morris is working on a new one to be out soon.

It shows up on E-Bay every so often. I dropped out when it got to about $70 last time I saw it.
