Looks like a group of CCC workers on a break. California Conservation Corps. Not the original they most likely did not have hard hats.

Kind of looks like Steve Gartner with has back turned and walking away with a camera bag almost as big is he is. Sorry Steve! You know how it is with height-challenged individuals.

The UN peacekeepers landed outside of town and are advancing towards the Cheyenne roundhouse. The team hopes to photograph the rumored milling machine as evidence of a weapon of steam desruction (WSD).

Answer: Yes, 1983 WGRF Salt Lake City, that is Paul peeking around and looking at my camera, John Benson is on far right with white T shirt, along with some others that can be ID'd from this shot ... Jim Buckley in the orange hard hat, Dave Nicoletti, Bob Wilt
