What a terrific series, they are all really super. Digging the SSW and that DT&S car is sick. I agree with the others, this is the stuff we want to see.

Refreshing to see boxcars without the ridiculous vandalism that passes for art. Very smart to photograph freight cars. I never did and could kick myself for it. I loved seeing all of the different railroad names as a train went by, but never wanted to "waste" the film shooting them.

Wow, what a great time to be trackside. So much variety and clean cars the way they were intended to be. Keep these freight car posts coming, they are great for all of us, especially the modelers!
Also, thanks for the valuable info on the car builders and build dates as well.
