When The Paint Didn't Stick, SP, Westbound, Berkeley, Fall, 1991
Author: FiveChime

I don't remember the details, but apparently, for enviormental reasons, SP was using a different kind of paint on their locomotives
for a while which did not hold up resulting in the appearance of this unit on the point of a westbound container train
through Berkeley, Calif. during the Fall of 1991.
