A Couple of Anything (192) - B&O 4039/VTR 4073

Here are two for today.
1.) B&O 4039 (EMD GP-40) is in Akron, Ohio on June 21, 1977.
2.) VTR 4073 is in Massillon, Ohio on July 18, 1978.

Actually the most interesting thing of all is the coal pile and elevator in front of #4039.
Scarce in 1977, coal piles and elevators would be an absolute rarity in today's world.
