There's always one in every consist- Rawhide 1995

SP 8576 East blasting upgrade with 8 units near Baxter CA on Donner Pass. The excessively smoking unit was the 7548.

Also, a ditchlight has burned out along the way.

Here's the consist: 8576, 7385, 7305, 7486, 7548, DRGW 53XX too filthy to read, 9213, and 7307.

Man oh man, the sound is fantastic.  Nothing better than 8 of em in run 8.

I agree, the sound is wonderful but I miss the rattle of jointed rails. Thanks for sharing.
