Author: BrianA Southbound BC Rail #22 with units 703/730 (C630M/M630W) round the curve after Glenfraser, BC on the Lillooet Sub October 5, 1989 barking up a storm then go stone cold quiet. Always was an entertaining railroad!

The descending grade at the north end of Glenfraser was 2point2 percent, then levelled off to about point 4 for half a mile or so and then dropped back down to 2 percent. What you recorded was the hogger going from power applied to get over the "flat spot" at Glenfraser, then power off and going back into dynamic brake.
