Between the Covid impacts and the implementation of PSR on CSX, there's been a sharp,downturn in traffic on the Water Level Route.   But trains do still run, and in the long days of summer, they look pretty good coming past the Fonda courthouse. 

Look carefully and you'll,see this is a Covid shot. The signs are out for early voting in New York's presidential primary at the courthouse. At the Governor's decree, the flags are at half staff in honor of the Covid dead. At this point, NY led the nation in total cases and fatalities.
