Capitol One has a commercial on the U tube featuring vintage rail cars and vintage performers Gladys Knight, Spike Lee, Charles Barkley, and Sam Jackson. They walk alongside two rail cars, and enter one for a treat.

where was the commercial made?

I believe it was made at the Southeastern Railway Museum in Atlanta (Duluth) Georgia.
