Need help with N&W locomotive Info

I'm painting a pair of Williams O gauge locomotives. I'm needing help finding info about herald sizing? The pics are of the 2 locomotives I'm wanting. Any help would be appreciated.

Do yourself a favor and get ShellScale Decals decal sets for the models you are doing. For the older lettering and heralds of the 675, use ShellScale set #107. For the later heralds and numbers of the 2422, use ShellScale set #109. For the numberboards on both units, use ShellScale #103.
