Southern Pacific 12-1 Sleeper Goliad
Author: superchief73

After looking at my Branchline Pullman Sleeper kits sit on the shelf for almost 12 years, I got a wild idea of matching them up to my Brass Fleet. Less Weight to pull! I stripped and repainted using Tru-Color SP Olive Green with  Scalecoat II (Plastic) Maintenance of Way Gray as a base. Thin-Film Decals go on great!  I must say Tru Color Paint cures and lays down nicely! I thinned 3 parts Thinner to 1 part paint. I have 6 sleepers total and I am hoping to attach the underbody details, handrails and Coach Yard Diaphragms this week. Too late for the WPM show but maybe next year I can display along side my brass  models.
